Yesterday Bobbie and I went to lunch ( Petes Place) and off to Blocks greenhouse. WOW!!!! What a place, I am hooked. I want to go back soon but I think I have a weeks worth of more

 planting to do but with the cold weather I have everything crammed in my bathroom...LOL Still to cold at night, heck it is still too cold during the day right now. 

Petes Place  (Telegraph road)....great hamburgers! One of the best burgers I have ever had and homemade potato chips!

Now these pictures were taken in my laundry room.

I know ....but warm in there and don't want to lose any plants cause of the cold. Hopefully by the end of the week I can start planting again....fingers crossed.

Kept the plants a purchased yesterday in my van and that's where they will stay till  the weekend.

Pretty excited about these garden bibs.

I ordered them this morning. I think they will be much cooler than denim bibs while working in the yard. I have heard a lot of good things about them.

Get tired of pulling my shirt down everytime I bend over!

Know what I mean...

It's a beautiful morning!!

Love the sun shining in on this cupboard this morning.

Today I am picking up my friend Bobbie and we are headed to Blocks Greenhouse to do some serious flower shopping.

I am so looking forward to this. One of my favorite things to do is greenhouse shop!

It means so much during this hard time.

My sister  Sharon lost her life to Stage IV lung cancer. She was 

diagnosed the first week in December.

I still can't believe it has happened.

Everyone  knows how much my sister meant to me.

We were very very close.

I loved her so much.

Thank God for her loving sons and husband by her side till the end.

Rest In Peace sweet sister.

~Gone too Soon~

No complaints from me about the weather here these last 3 days.

Perfect sunny blue skies, 70's 80's temps.

I have accomplished  a lot in the yard but itching to fill it up with flowers and we all know it is to soon, but I have bought a few things that can handle 40's temps.

This was the only pic that turned out nice to share. Love the vibrant red so when the hummingbirds show up I bet they go right to it.

How many of you are frustrated when you can't find a price tag on an item when you go to antique malls/stores?

Speaking for myself it is frustrating.

Very hard for all owners because the questions on a price comes, as it seems, when it is the busiest.

Hard on everyone.

Todays estate sale purchase.....

I have always wanted one of these but always are sold before I get to it.

Well today was my lucky day!

It was still there when I arrived, about an hour after sale started.

Bigger than it looks and has great patina which you really can't tell by this picture.

I am keeping it but it would make a great display piece at the antique mall wouldn't it? Maybe in the future, my booth is full right now.

Be cute outside too.

Garden shed tour at a friends....

Plants in Niceville Florida are so lush right now.

I did the decorating for my friend with all her treasures she had at hand but not using and look how cute it turned out!!!

My fav is the geranium in the rusty paint can.

So looking forward to get started in my yard.
