 I so want to do this. I found the tractor seat at Gees near us but it is 109.00!

What a great way to mark plants in your garden...and it's free.

I have to tell you these pics are from all the same garden. I showed you the small home in my first pic and who thought she had all this in her back yard. It was beautiful and so much eye candy.

Garden Tour 2013

Beautiful hot Sunday morning friends.

We had a great time and got a lot of great ideas.

We started at 9 and went until 4. 

I took a total of 39 pictures so I will show 13 in 3 posts.

New table for my porch

I bought this table from my friend Lucille last week.

It is much bigger than my old one.

It has a mustard colored base and the top is a 3 board prim top.

We spend a lot of time on this porch and a bigger table has made it much easier to serve meals.

The 4th. went by so quickly but Norm and I had a blast.

We went to the parade in our hamlet of a town, which started at noon. It has been YEARS since I have been to it, the weather was perfect so why not.

 First we had to have Firemans yummy chicken dinner and it was some tasty chicken!!!

 The kids in the parade were adorable...love to see them having a good time. No computers...no video games...no phones

 Old cars...check out our old buildings too.

 Beautiful horses!!!!

    

Ran into my daughter ( her boyfriend) and youngest granddaughter which was a nice surprise.

then we took off on the motorcycle and went to Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant Mi. I tried the slots but no luck. I played on 35.00 for a long time but my luck ran out so we hit the buffet dinner before heading home.

It is a good thing Norm had a blanket in the trunk cause 70 degrees on a bike when your already sunburned is a little chilly.

I hope your 4th. was a fun day . It goes by so fast...poof...and then it will be Labor Day before you know it.
