Primitive Beginnings and Black Sheep Farm

Lucille and I did a road trip yesterday, we left early, rained all morning but cleared up and ended up a beautiful day. The countryside was so pretty.
Our first stop was at a sweet small shop attached to her house, out in the country, called Primitive Beginnings What a sweet lady. I found some bulbs which I needed, battery operated candle and a  wool checked piece of wool. Here it is folded up on the cupboard.

The next shop was less than a mile from her house. The landscape around here was amazing. I love farmlands and we saw lots of it.

They are located about 45 miles west of Breckenridge. Her open house is the same day this year as Breckenridge so if you can make it she has a great selection of prims.
These are new this year. Battery operated candle and the tin sill holders. Bought 3 of the 4" and 1- 8"

Give off a great flicker look. they are suppose to be timer candles but mine never stopped last night.
Another type of battery operated  and looks great.
 Prim runner
 Old tin measuring cup
More small funnels
And look at this...her yard is so sweet!!!!
OOPS won't load anymore pics so I will be back with them at another post. OK it loaded but it is out of order..pics at top.

This is what we hung in the basement landing and like the way it turned out. Poor hubs had to set up all the scaffold again. Pictures are a little too bright but I had trouble setting my flash. I found all these boxes in one place and already had the hooks attached. Scored!

Pumpkin dolls I found last Sunday at a small cute antique mall in Chelsea on my way to the grocery store. she is open 4 hours every Sunday and This vendors booth always has great prims.
So glad it is the weekend. Plans to go to Grand Rapids today with my friend Lucille.
time to get ready
Enjoy your Saturday!

International Space Station

Have you seen it yet? We saw it in our area Friday night at 7:44 p.m. The night was clear and right on time, just like they said on the evening news. It is suppose to be visible again tonight.
It is 220 miles above the earth, takes 93 minutes to circle the earth and is the size of a football field.
COOL!!!
Hope you see it.

Suggestions please

This is the old primitive door I bought in the Springtime at Seville Antique Mall just for this spot. We finally stained our basement landing and got the door hung. I want to hang really long gourds on it but have not found any yet.
 Hung a grapevine wreath.
One huge plain wall. What ever I use it can't stick out too far.
New window curtain.

That's all for today....now time for dinner.
Pork chops, squash risotto and cranberries.
(Pumpkin pound cake for dessert)

Have a good night~

Government do your job!!!!!1 I am so sick of this!
Someone on the news tonight commented " I would like to see you go a month without a paycheck"
I normally do not talk politics but you know what?
What the heck is going on?????
~God Bless America~

Now I think I will go stuff myself with popcorn and cry.
