It's official...let the decorating begin.

I love decorating for Christmas.

I need to take down all my Fall and Thanksgiving first and pack away.

I have a 4 day weekend so I am sure I will get it done.

It's almost here and looking forward to it.

My grandson and grandaughter called me on my birthday and we talked about getting together for dinner on Thanksgiving night, I asked them what was their favorite thing to eat. Jellied cranberries! Had to laugh, all that work and that is a favorite. Well, they never eat it cause my daughters hate it. I grew up with it, my grandmother always had it. but they manage to eat pretty good.

Have you seen this movie yet? We went last night and I recommend it. You will laugh, cry, be shocked, melt your heart and I want to see it again.

We got home last night and lost power from the storm still not on and rumor is we should not expect it before the 24th.!!!

thank goodness we have a generator. I should not complain but dang that thing is loud.

We still have high gusty winds today and getting colder.

This is how I spent my Saturday...so glad I have Monday off for a three day weekend.

Sorry if I gross you out.

But I spent 8 hours at the Bavarian Inn in Frankenmuth at a Continuing Education course. It was a very educational day but this is what I had to look at the last 4 hours.

Let me give you a short background. I am a Registered Dental Assistant in the state of Michigan and it reguires me to maintain 12 hours of credits a year to maintain my license. Todays first session was on pathology and histology of oral cancer. Second session was on dentistry of horses...not my forte and wanted to get out of there but need my credits so I stayed.

Yup...a horse skull. So glad the day is over!!!!!

I found these 2 adorable Snowman shelf sitters over the weekend and cried to be put upon my shelf in this cupboard.

Prim cuties and guess what else I did. Found the 24 hour Christmas music channel on Sirius satellite in my car. I am a happy camper!
