This is one of my favorite signs. Last year I had it in my kitchen but it shows up so nice here, this is above my bay window. I think I will move the star and hang a wreath.

This weekend I want to try and start my shopping for Christmas this year. Have you started yet? I really don't have a lot to do this year.

After shopping in Waynesville we left and went to Cambridge City Indiana. It is only an hour from Waynesville. I found a six foot twig tree for my daughter that she can't find around here and a cute snowman pillow to put out on my porch for me.

After shopping and a delicious lunch we headed home.

Vinton House is in Cambridge City.

 I had to have this sweet house for my porch!!! So cute, I put a white light in it and shows up so cute at night.

Would love to have this cute truck ( it is the owners of Vinton House)

Wish we could have stayed until dark to see the parade and all the luminaries lighting the streets.

Great antique stores in Cambridge City. 

Sunday I spent the day decorating and tonight I am finishing the tree so maybe I will have pictures by the weekend.

Trip to Lebanon Ohio Friday and Saturday

We left on Friday morning and drove to Lebanon Ohio for the night. If you have never stayed at the historical hotel The Golden Lamb I recommend doing it sometime. Especially during the holidays because it is so beautiful. I will share some pictures of it with some of the rooms.

It's official...let the decorating begin.

I love decorating for Christmas.

I need to take down all my Fall and Thanksgiving first and pack away.

I have a 4 day weekend so I am sure I will get it done.

It's almost here and looking forward to it.

My grandson and grandaughter called me on my birthday and we talked about getting together for dinner on Thanksgiving night, I asked them what was their favorite thing to eat. Jellied cranberries! Had to laugh, all that work and that is a favorite. Well, they never eat it cause my daughters hate it. I grew up with it, my grandmother always had it. but they manage to eat pretty good.
