I didn't make it to see the ball drop but Norm and I had a fun New Years day. I made a big breakfast and after cleaning up we took off for the day. We went to an estate sale in Lansing and Norm found his prized possesion ( his idea anyways) and I gave in. He deserves it  and it iactually doesn't look to bad really.

Not too bad is it?
After we left the estate sale we went to the Mega Mall in Lansing.
I found 4 more sweet small funnels and a grungy tin box to use as a planter in my garden this year.
Afterwards we went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner, our favorite place to get a steak, melts in your mouth so tender!
When we got home took down the rest of the decorations and all done until next Christmas.

Sunset in the romm for you to see.
Today was beautiful sunny weather!!!!
Finally :0)

Time to get busy with more housework before it gets to dark and can't find my dust bunnies!
Have a wonderful evening.

I know I have not been posting much lately but I will try to be better in the new year!!
I appreciate all the sweet comments this year and so thankful for all the friends I have made, near and far.
One of my wishes this year is that bloggers come back  and not be hooked on Facebook all the time.
Probably wishful thinking but you know who you are and we all miss you!

************Enjoy and be safe ************

A few Christmas pics 2015

Changed up from last year and I am showing only 2 right now because my pictures are still loading.
Love the tree and only new thing on it is glittery grapevine I found from JoAnn at The Old Granary. Looks so pretty at night, don't know how you like glittery but I love it on a tree.

Spent the day yesterday in Holly all day, the weather was perfect and had lunch with Dawn, Janet and Tammi at Bittersweet Cafe.
I also met a blog follower Carol Shlupp (sorry if I messed up your name Carol) but nice to meet you.

Argh I had a mouthful of food!!!

It's Saturday!

Thank you to all the customers and vendors that showed up yesterday to The Antique Mercantile Black Friday small business sale and donation to Toys for Tots! The food table Jennifer put together was delicous and a lot of work the day after Thanksgiving.
My grandkids were very helpful too.
