Thank You Kriss!!!!!!

This sweet little package was a wonderful surprise in the mail today from Kriss at Kountry Porch Primitives. Isn't it sweet! I took a couple of shots of her with different backgrounds. Kriss made her, what a good job. Thank You friend:)

Garden updates in my yard for you. My favorite is my laundry tub filled with Wave Petunias.

I can't wait to see what this will look like by the middle of July.

My hollyhocks look great this year but not in bloom yet.

This is where I have been all week. ON VACATION

YIPPEE!!!!

We had a great time but weather not the greatest. We went to the UP and I got to visit with my two brothers for awhile.

We rode over 1200 miles and saw some beautiful country.

But there is no place like home! I have just a few pictures to share with you.

Oh yea...I did take my computer with me since I feel lost without it. It is a good way to communicate in case phone won't work.

This boat is the SS Badger that takes a four hour trip across Lake Michigan from Wisconsin to Ludington Michigan. We loaded are motorcycle on it to get home sooner because the weather was just too cold and nasty. Next year we will wait until July when we know it is warmer.

This was a tour of a retired submarine docked at Wisconsin Museum . It was an eye opening experience. I sure couldn't stay in one for a period of time.

Saturday Fun

I love this picture of my friend! These wonderful plants were only 25.00 for both which is a great buy. She is hanging them on her front porch.

My best friend Cindy. We left the show and went flower shopping afterwards but didn't stay long cause too hot! Temps were 94 so we moved on the antique mall.

I have a thing for these dolls. Got 2 today sitting in a grungy green cradle. Very cute!

Wow the first week of June is here! What are your plans this weekend? Me and my friend Cindy are going to a prim show in Ida Michigan Saturday and also flower shopping for our yards. I will take pictures for you. Hopefully we run into some really good garage sales. We always have the best time but don't get together as much these days. We do work together at U of M but in differant departments and are so busy we rarely see each other. I will be on vacation next week... YIPPEE!!! This is what we will be doing, gardening and riding.

Enjoy your Memorial Day/ Come On Summer!

We got back from Alabama last night late and guess we had a terrible storm which we missed but limbs down everywhere. We had sun and beautiful weather. The wedding was in the back yard and was wonderful. First time I have ever seen a photo booth(that you see at the malls) at a reception which was a huge hit! Isn't that a great idea!I am keeping my fingers crossed blogger is working now. My friends pictures are back! Yea!! And I have been able to post some comments.Be safe everyone and have a wonderful day! Hot today 90plus degrees.

I still can't comment to my friends and now my friends connect and sidebar pictures are gone! How long will it take before it gets fixed! I clicked on the help button and blogger says they are working on it but this is too frustrating for me
