Ohio trip pics

I was in Delaware Ohio yesterday and spent the day with Carmen and Cindy!

We took off and spent the day at Springfield Antique Mall in Springfield Ohio which is the largest mall I have been in. I did not get pictures of it but I did of the goodies I found. Go to the website and check it out, you must shop there someday.

Wear comfortable shoes!

Surprise in the mail from Francine

Francine, Primitive Stars, gifted me with this adorable Bluebird Egg Cup.

I love the muted finish on it and fits well where I set it. I wanted to find one more Easter item for this window and it's perfect.

I mailed her an APP issue one and half weeks ago since these are not available in

Canada and it still hasn't arrived.  Hopefully soon! I can see her checking her mail box everyday just to be disappointed. Fingers crossed today!!

I'm home

Lunch yesterday at Chic-fil-a

Have you ever eaten there?

I'm hooked...it was so good and you can see we had a visitor.

It was in walking distance from the hotel and walking felt good .

Our flight home started out getting up at 3 this morning for the flight at 6:35

So  this girl will be in bed early tonight.

 

I love that it is light later now. Just a little tough the first week.

 



Home Away from Home

Isn't this set-up cute. It was worked out great for us having this in our room, especially the coffee pot. We have to have our coffee in the morning. Use the microwave alot.

Bottled water , milk and pop in the fridge. There is a Walgreens across the street so we shopped for supplies ..worked out great.

You can see the edge of the bed, we have 2 double beds, and the dressing area and next to that is the bathroom.

The only thing I can't get use to is traffic noise.

Cindy is at a class this morning and will be back this afternoon so we can relax on the beach. Appletini time! Have you ever had an Appletini?

Flight in the morning at 6:25. I will be home by 9.

Hope you had a great Friday friends.

I was able to walk the beach and soak up some sun but the wind picked up at noon and made it chilly. I started to get sunburn anyways so went under the canopy and just relaxed. Finally went in it was so chilly. I am ready to go home. Hubby missing me :0)
