I woke up this morning to no power!! What? No coffee.....oh no..I have to have my coffee in the morning. I woke up at 7:30 and guess it went out at 7.

But it did come back on at 10:00 and had my coffee. Can't leave my house without drinking at least 3 cups and then I am good for the day.
The sunrise was beautiful this morning so I took some inside pictures again. Hope I don't bore you but it's so pretty.

An afternoon at Black Sheep Farms

Today I worked until noon, and left at noon, to pick up my friend Sue and we headed north to this wonderful shop.
The biggest excitement at work today was a fire alarm. Good thing it was nice weather, but what a hassle when your in the middle of patient care! False alarm thank goodness.
We had the best day. We didn't want to leave.
A severe storm hit while we were in the shop, wind, hail and heavy rains. Didn't stop us! Eye candy everywhere!!!
Wait till you see this awsome prim horse I bought. I love it.

New light in my bathroom. I leave small lights like this on all the time. Pretty dark living in the country. The curtains are new too. I still need to hang the lower part. Just need the time to string hang them.

New prim bonnet, the pattern shows up in other picture.

 Make-do grater.
Tiny pot scrubber
Pattern on bonnet.

Off tomorrow morning with my sister to Nancy Nemecs sale at here house. Hope I can sleep tonight.
For some reason fireworks are going off, ticks me off!!!

Also the JDRF ( Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) walk is tomorrow at Michigan State. My granddaughters team is called Team Rachel. Donations can be made on line and are greatly appreciated. Rachel was diagnosed at age 9 with Type 1 and is now 13 years old. She takes 4 shots a day. Love you Rachel!

Have a wonderful weekend friends and count your blessings.

2 posts in one day but I had to show you this.

Can you see it?
I was watering and spotted in the window well to my basement.

A young snapper turtle.
How and the heck did he get in there and how long has he been there?
I knew it could not get out.
It's out now.

Rain tonight and we need it!
Have a wonderful weekend friends.

Biltmore Estate Tour in Ashville North Carolina..have you ever been there?

Hard to imagine how anyone could live in it.
Very interesting but I was more impressed with all the gardens.
We spent the whole day touring and boy was it hot that day!
We were melting in this picture.
I think it would be fun seeing this at Christmas time with all the decorated trees.
You were not allowed to pictures inside.

A must see if you are in the area but take lots of money.

Some garage sale finds yesterday...weather was perfect Summer Day!!!!

Sitting out on my porch drinking my coffee this morning. It's a muggy cloudy morning but clearing up later. Last night I sat out there late, candle lit, watching the fireflies. Very peaceful.
Anyway I cleaned my porch and made room for my garage sale find.
 Found this crock stand....love it.
Tin strainer underneath it too.

I have had this house but moved it up in the table.
 skinny twig tree

I want to get some mini fresh sunflowers to set in this basket.
New rug for my daughter to put in her kitchen.
She needed on and this will be perfect for her.
These are hard to find.

Now I am off to get ready to work in my garden.
Have a wonderful Summer day!
