Homeowners on tour today, we spent the day driving to each others home and tailgating since we could not tour last weekend....BLAST! 7 homes total plus ours...

Weekend went by so fast and was so much fun!

 I was gifted this slate sign for having Lacasa tour which is very pretty and found the perfect spot for it.

EVERYONE WAS WONDERFUL

Saturday was cloudy and cool but Sunday was full sunshine all day.

What fun to talk to other gardeners who has the passion like I do.

This Sunday homeowners are all meeting here and we will be touring each others gardens so I will get  lots of pictures.

I want to do this again but will have to wait a few years.

Norm enjoyed it too!!!

Tobacco plants are so fascinating and since this picture I think it has grown another foot.

I have more pictures to show but not downloading fast enough on my phone so I gave up.

I love Summer weather so much. Good thing it gets dark because I think I could work outside 24/7

Morning Glory

Finally!!! It is starting to bloom :o)

This is suppose to be a multicolor plant so I will post another picture when it gets there.

10 more days until tour and think I am ready, just last minute tweaking to do, keep watering, cut the lawn and mulch one more area. Friday night is set up and starts Saturday at 9.

Wouldn't you know it, rain forcast for the morning and sunshine in afternoon. Storm the next day, oh well, that could change.

Breathtaking heat lighting show.....

This is the view from our screened porch last night a sunset.

A very slow moving cloud that lit up the sky.

Enlarge the photo and you can see the streaks of lighting my hubby captured on his phone.

We did not hear any thunder with it and best light show I have seen in a long time. I remember as a child sleeping on our screened porch and watching these at night.

Then the Strawberry Moon came up....wow!!!

Did not get a picture of that but have seen pics on other blogger posts.

And no rain, as my sister would say " drier than a popcorn fart"

Time to get more weeding done....have a wonderful day friends.
